Plan to attend a FREE Health & Wellness Lifestyle Fair, a project of St. Francis Xavier and St. Gabriel Catholic churches, on Saturday, Oct. 19, 9 a.m.-2 p.m., in Good Shepherd Hall, 125 S. Carrollton St., Malvern.

Explore health exhibits and enjoy a free continental breakfast. The Carroll County Health Department will be providing flu shots & blood pressure checks. The Aultman “Wow Van” will provide health information and screenings. Also on hand will be PGA Golf Pro Ron Tristano who helps those with disabilities return to the game they love; The Sophisticated Ladies – 75-80-year-old tap dancers: a Chair Yoga Class; Magician Tim Angeloni; Tonya Myers with information about new, free fall prevention & pain management classes; and “Living and Coping with Grief” by Melissa Bryan of Community Hospice.

There will be door prizes and FREE promotional items and FREE root beer floats served 1-1:30 p.m.
