Halloween Trick or Treat, Parade and Community Party

Minerva’s Community Halloween celebration will be Thursday, Oct. 31, with Trick or Treat, a parade at 6:45 p.m., and the Community Party, sponsored by the Minerva Rotary Club, at 7 pm at the Community Building.
