Heritage Ohio invites you to learn more about historic preservation tax credits at this quick, informal get-together to learn about how the historic tax-credit programs work and to meet the people who manage them. This is an easy introduction to the 20 percent federal historic tax credit and 25 percent Ohio historic preservation tax credit, which you can use to rehabilitate your historic building. Lunch is on your own.
