The night begins with a 5:30 p.m. cocktail hour, where guests will have the opportunity to meet Jack Ham. A special Q&A will follow at 6 p.m.

Jack Ham is a former professional football linebacker who played for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1971 to 1982. Widely regarded as one of the best linebackers of his era, he was known for his speed, intelligence, and ability to read plays. A standout at Penn State University, Ham earned All-American honors before being selected in the 2nd round of the 1971 NFL Draft. He quickly became a key part of the Steelers’ dominant defense during the 1970s. During his career, Ham was a 4-time Super Bowl champion, 8-time Pro Bowler, and 6-time First-Team All-Pro. He recorded 32 interceptions and was known for his versatility in pass defense. He was inducted into both the College Football Hall of Fame (1990) and the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and remains a member of multiple all-time teams, including the NFL 1970s All-Decade Team.

Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m., catered by Scratch Catering Services, followed by our awards program and a presentation by Mike Gallina, Vice President of Organizational Development and Community Engagement, The Aultman Health System. He will present “The Collaborative Spirit of Minerva’s Business Community ~ Why you win!”

The cost of the event is $50/person for members and their guests, and $55/person for non-members. All employees of your business or organization are welcome to attend. Please send payment, along with the number attending to the Chamber office, by Friday, May 15. I can also provide an invoice, if you need one.
