Minerva’s annual Homecoming Celebration continues on Thursday, June 12, with the Little Cheerleaders on the basketball courts at 6 p.m. The midway opens at 6 pm with rides provided by Kissel Amusement Company. Wristbands are $18 or $2 single tickets with 10 tickets – $20 or 20 tickets – $30. The Community Building is open from 6-9 pm. There will be a classic car and motorcycle cruise in along Preston Street, and DJ’s Rock N Roll Big Band will play on the stage 7-10 pm. The Dunk Tank will be manned by the MHS Cheerleaders on Thursday, and Minerva Firefighters will be pouring in the Beer Garden on Thursday. Kona Ice and Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck will be located near the beer garden every day, and on Thursday Here to Serve Bar-B-Que will be set up.
