The Andersonville Trial

Minerva’s Roxy Theatre is pleased to welcome back The Courthouse Players, a group of area attorneys and judges, performing “The Andersonville Trial” on Saturday, Oct. 22, 7 p.m. The play is based on the actual 1865 trial of Henry Wirz, commander of the infamous Confederate Andersonville prison, where thousands of Union prisoners died of exposure, malnutrition, and disease. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
