Join Ohio State University family and consumer science educator, Corinna Gromley, at Minerva Public Library, Monday, Oct. 14, 5:30 p.m., and enter the realm of yeast breads and baking methods. Follow a beginner’s sourdough journey, learning techniques from start to finish. Enjoy tasting a variety of yeast bread types.
