Preserving food at home can be rewarding! Join Ohio State University Extension Family and Consumer Science Educator Corinna Gromley for an evening of food preservation discussion at Minerva Public Library. The program will include when and why we can foods, types of canning equipment, when to pressure or water bath can, canning safety, and where to find canning resources.
This program is free to the public, but reservations are requested at 330-868-4101 or minervalibrary.info.
