Minerva’s Halloween festivities kicks off on Tuesday, October 31st with Trick or Treat running from 4:30-6:30. Grab the kids and costumes and venture around town collecting all the goodies you can before the Halloween Parade starts at 6:45. The Parade will begin at from the Salvation Army building and travel through downtown on N. Market and turning onto 1st St before ending at the Community Building. There the party really begins as Minerva’s Rotary will host the annual Halloween Party. Food and candy will be available along with a costume contest. This is a free family friendly event.
