Minerva's Community Halloween celebration will be Wednesday October 31, with Trick or Treat 4:30 - 6:30 pm, the parade beginning at 6:45 pm, and the Community Party, sponsored by the Minerva Rotary Club, at 7 pm at the Community Building.
